After overcoming many many obstacles ranging from ordering online through the wrong method, making of the 3D maneuver gears from scratch to cutting of the wig, Mikasa Ackerman's preparation was finally done! This was the first ever cosplay character that Nadiah wanted to cos and she finally has the chance to do it!
But weather was being a woman with her monthly period and refused us the chance to do the shoot at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Moreover, I woke up at 8 and traveled all the way to Boon Lay to help her carry her props and the weather just had to do this to me.
So where did we shoot at? The least expected place-her block's 16th floor's staircase (laugh). Limited space (and really limited!), lots of heart-stopping moments, curious stares from a little boy etc and we managed to snap some good ones! Not the best but at least better than nothing;) Of course, it would have been better if we were in the forested area.
